Per misurare la circonferenza della tua testa lo strumento migliore è un metro a nastro , ma è possibile usare anche una semplice cordicella.

Mettiti davanti ad uno specchio e posiziona il metro/cordicella al centro della nuca e portalo fino alla fronte passando un cm circa sopra le orecchie. Unisci le estremità del metro/cordicella al centro della fronte senza stringere troppo. Leggi nello specchio la misura nel punto di incontro del metro/cordicella.

La misura deve essere arrotondata sempre per eccesso
